This is a great spot in San Antonio. We drove from Houston to try the food and we're not disappointed! The Teran Taco is huge and delicious! The waitress was very nice and took care of us. Definitely a place to travel for.
Always ask for Gabby been going here for years ... Tacos are amazing
Stopped by and ordered some tacos. All I can say is, "WOW". They were delicious and the portions were HUGE. I ordered four and ended up taking two home.
Been getting from terans since 2000. Food still good. I got the #12. For breakfast still full. Didn't eat lunch or dinner. Two eggs beans Papa ranchera bacon ham country sausage and one large flour tortilla. Not pictured and a diet Coke.
Great food, service, and a comfortable home like feeling inside. Awesome to have experienced this tremendous restaurant. My wife has been going for years and finally took me with our children. Wasn't disappointed at all. Reminded me of growing up and eating at those old, comfortable, grandma's house feelings. Happy memories were also made here when I went. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home and tasting some great food. We'll be back soon again I'm sure of it!
The tacos were surprisingly generous—each one took up half the plate! I had the guiso and the egg with country sausage, and both were packed with flavor. Definitely a satisfying meal. Our server, Gabby, was incredibly sweet and attentive, which made the experience even better!
Your typical hole in the wall restaurant. I love the food. The portions are huge for what you pay. The restrooms are scary, but don’t hold that against them. Don’t get more than one taco unless you have a huge appetite.
My first time here and I'm so glad I gave this quaint place a try. First off their tacos are big and hearty. Their tortillas are soft and homemade. I tried their Teran taco and Beef Fajita with avacado taco. Their Teran has refried beans, egg and potato, country sausage, bacon, ham, and cheese. They pack their tacos and I'm shocked how flavorful it was. Everything tasted fresh and made well. The salsa Verde has a great taste and a nice little kick. Beef fajita with avacado was on point. Their meat is tender and good quality. They put grilled onions and green bell pepper. Pure perfection. The avacado was fresh. Their sweet tea is delicious. My husband got the Carne guisada and a Teran taco. He said his carne guisada was good. The meat was tender. One taco is filling enough and the prices are unbeatable. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming.
